We have been eating salads and greens from our garden for a few weeks now...along with some sauteed beets thinnings (yummy!). But while the pea vines are growing by leaps and bounds, they do not yet have flowers...so no pea pods. But last year I saw we had peas in June, so perhaps I am not looking at a pea-less spring?
This weekend, the Boy will help me dig beds in the yard for larger plantings...it will be his birthday present to me, and a much valued one!
